About Flash Catalyst
Adobe® Flash® Catalyst is a new professional interaction design tool for rapidly creating application interfaces and interactive content without coding. These can range from interactive Ads, product guides and design portfolios to user interfaces for applications. Flash Catalyst enables designers to start from static compositions created in Adobe Photoshop® CS4, Illustrator® CS4, or Adobe Fireworks® CS4 and convert the artwork into applications and interactive content. The designer does this by visually defining events, transitions and motion. Flash Catalyst can output a finished Flash SWF or AIR application that’s ready to publish on the web. In addition designers can provide the project file to developers who can use Adobe Flex® Builder™ to add additional functionality such as connection to back-end systems.

It did work. When you’re logged in … the “Who else is Attending?” list means exactly that. The radio buttons reflect your status when you’re logged in.

I tried to create an article today (1/9/2009) and got:

Who would have thought—two in a row.
When I took my 40 minute Bart ride over for the sanflashcisco Christmas party, at first I thought I had the wrong location. The guard said she saw no-one else enter that night. I hunted for a coffee shop and found one on the 3’rd floor in Westfield. Someone let me borrow their laptop and I saw the cancellation on the front page. I said to myself that I would always check the web page from then on.
But today I didn’t. I again took Bart over, went in SFSU at 6:20, and started looking for the room. 10 minutes later back to the lobby and again the guard said she had seen no-one else. Back to the coffee shop and deja vu—another cancellation. Is this only happening to me? (Email to the RSVP list might have saved me … maybe not though.)

Hey sorry about the xmas party confusion.
But I’m confused as to why you came today? This meeting is on the 15th.
Alex Says: Sat, Jan 10, 2009 at 10:34 PM
Wait, did January ‘09 throw you off?
Now i’m confused lol
William Says: Sun, Jan 11, 2009 at 10:18 AM
Alex, I believe you’re right. I added Jan 09 to my calendar weeks ago and never rechecked it. Now it looks like I interpreted the xmas cancellation notice as a Jan 09 cancellation. I’ve lost it. My appologies … can I withdraw my comment? :-)

The RSVP list for this event is now closed. We look forward to seeing you all tomorrow.
