Important: RSVP Strictness
Due to the popularity of tomorrows (Monday, Aug 18th) special Grant Skinner event and our 80 person room capacity, we have decided to freeze RSVP’s tonight and observe RSVP strictness at the event.
If you are RSVP’d and you DO NOT intend on going, PLEASE email us stating so and we shall remove you from the list.
If you haven’t yet RSVP’d and you wish to attend, please email us and we shall put you into a first-come-first-served list of standbys.
The RSVP list shall be final by 3PM tomorrow (18th)! (note: all guests declared on the existing RSVP list shall be honored)

this is really disappointing that you guys don’t have enough room and have frozen admittance. Isn’t there any way to get a larger room??

we’re disappointed too. we’ve never had more than 50 people come to past events. this one was a departure from our usual thursday night schedule and this is the largest room SFSU could provide. they usually reserve our room requests months in advance. it’s nice to have such a great response and we’re very sorry if we can’t accommodate everyone. having said that, the RSVP list was around 80 for the last week so we’re hoping that it wlll all work out OK.
